Luce is a full-time plant-based recipe developer, food stylist and photographer/videographer. She works alongside Hazel to develop delicious recipes for The Food Medic. Most commonly known as What Luce Eats on Instagram, her aim is to show that following a diet rich in plants is full of deliciousness and variety.
